Review: Almost like Regular Pasta. - This pasta is black so it looks kind of weird but this is the closest thing in texture and flavor to regular pasta that we have found. And one of us was raised by an Italian mother! Not gummy or chewy but still full of protein (25g per serving) and fiber (10g per serving) so the net carbs per serving if you believe in that is 10g per serving. It's nice getting so much protein from the pasta without tasting like it.

The texture is a little more chewy than fettuccine, but it's just a different product. So far, I've used it to make a sort of alfredo, and I've used it with a peanut sauce. It's delicious.

This pasta is black so it looks kind of weird but this is the closest thing in texture and flavor to regular pasta that we have found. And one of us was raised by an Italian mother! Okay to eat as a crunchy snack but not cooked. Too thin when cooked. Horrible texture. Will not purchase again
