Good quality peanuts that the birds love.

This product is ideal for older birds as the peanuts are whole. A great value too.I am a bit disappointed in the delivery though. It was via Royal mail and they left the parcel at the bottom of my driveway. All other agents come up to my house but Royal Mail refuses to! I was not even told it was there. Just by chance I had to go down the driveway.

I loved these nuts for all the squirrels, birds, hedgehogs and badgers. I go through 25kg every 3 weeks plus all the extras I buy for them and the foxes owls and falcons.They were great quality arrived in good condition and early than stated. Brought them a few times and now I won't be buying them again as I don't see the justification for increasing the product price by £14!! Which is quite a bit more than the original £40 so yes I will have to pay £8 more and buy them somewhere else as I hate greed. This is what's wrong with the world, profit rules so screw the people who buys from you and now goodbye to my money.

Good value for money. Birds love them

I’m impressed with the quality of these peanuts. Often, those I buy pre packed in the pet store look ok, but when the package is opened, the nuts are broken dirty and look as if they’ve been swept off the floor. These nuts look great. The majority is whole, they’re clean to handle and they look appetising. The birds love them and when the hangers were filled the tits, sparrows and starlings tucked in straight away. We have an occasional woodpecker visit, so I’m hoping he’ll discover this top quality treat.

Ideal

They were delivered promptly and at a reasonable price but some were rotten and all were shrivelled, hard and dry. They were labelled Extra Select but mine were not, I am going to pay extra for a fresher batch in future, just glad I did not buy my usual bulk amount I would have needed to replace them. Has anyone noticed when buying bird peanuts that that you get a lot of inconsistent quality over the internet ? I am buying peanuts locally so I can see for myself in future. ( Review Update ) ----- I thought it was only fair to give the seller another chance with the 5 litre plastic tub of peanuts and I was delighted with the batch I recieved this time ! They were fresh , nice size and the proof of the pudding the results showed all the small birds , woodpeckers , squirrels etc. loved them. So thanks to the seller I am back on their order books !

Have had lots of these bags of 25kg Extra select peanuts and so far they have been good but the bag that was delivered in March, after not being available for a while, was not as good quality, the peanuts were smaller and some were moldy with lots of loose husks in the bag. Hopefully the next delivery will be better quality. If not will have to purchase else where.
