Hi, This product is different from duck cassoulet. It contains duck legs in fat (2/3 servings), ready to be reheated. Aside from the duck pieces, what is the quality of the other ingredients like? The beans and sausage for example?

The only ingredients in the jar are the duck legs and the fat. I think you could be thinking of Cassoulet? It's an amazing French product though. I prefer it to the ones we can buy in our English supermarket. La Belle Charienne is a very good brand and the French often eat Confit from a tin. We don't buy confit often as it is not cheap but I always go for this brand. Should it be the Cassoulet you want instead with the sausage and duck pieces, this is it.
