I needed something that wouldn't set off my allergies and would be comfortable. This eye-mask is perfect. Its soft, silky and does actually feel a little cooling and soothing on my eyelids. It has an adjustable strap which is excellent for adjusting the tightness. It does slip off a little during the night as I roll over quite a lot, but I could just adjust the strap to tighten it if I wanted to. I think I've actually been sleeping better since I've had this. It arrived very quickly, and for the price, I don't think you'd find an eye mask any more comfortable.
